Ok, here's a couple of ideas .
Get some molding trim t-studs that look like this.
Use a Dremel tool to grind away the rest of the broken stud.
You will need to file the base of the t -stud so that it fits inside the molding and sits flat on the molding but doesn't come up higher than...
So after initially scrubbing this idea for Steve for his 67 Barracuda with 15" sbp wheels, I had a thought.
Get this wheel which will fit in the trunk well and buy a 4" to 4.5" adapter.
That solves both problems!

I've always said Plymouth missed the mark by not making this body style and the convertible in Formula S trim.
I think the person/business that prepped the parts for shipping is directly responsible and should make this right.
No way were those parts making it back to the customer unscathed ,packaged the way they were.
Here's my grill sections, done at home with no special tools but, a lot of time and patience and, they were the originals and pretty rough after 50+ years, especially the headlight trim bezels.

A few years back I posted a trick I discovered for painting the black stripe on my 68 Barracuda Grill, trunk trim and console lid.
I completed this about 6-7 years ago and black stripes are still perfect.
