1965 ABody Gauge Needles at "Rest" (before cold start)

Are my gauge needles too far toward "empty" and "cold" or is that where they stopped when factory fresh? Thank you.

They look good to me, but, you'll only be sure when you use them. Hopefully, you've converted to a solid state IVR setup. If the factory one goes bad, it usually fries the fuel and temp gauge.
 
I have the solid state IVR and the temp gauge is working now but takes a long time to warm up (according to the gauge). The fuel gauge goes full when I ground the wire, but does not move at all when connected. When I get most of the gasoline used up in the tank, I might pull out the sender/pickup and take a look at it.
