Given these cars flex, I would place the stands where most probably do at the innermost beginning of the front/rear subframes and take a measure to the flat floor at the outermost 4 corners of the subframe structure.

Unless you had those stands at the forward most end of the forward subframe and the rear most ends of the rear subframe, then I would say you still do not know the condition. And the garage floor must be flat (in a plane) and your jack stands the same height. Another possibility is your vision...

If the car sits level in the back but not in the front, then the car body itself is likely tweaked. Imagine the car as a solid flat plane. If one side of the plane is higher in the front, say on the left side, then the right rear should be lower.

Not to confuse the discussion but these original 1965 273 rocker shafts only have one oiling hole per rocker (the rocker has 2) and it is oriented towards the pushrod side. The notches on these shafts are half moon shaped.

I'll also add that I have always looked for the location where oil shoots up to the shaft. Keep the oil pump turning at that location and you should see oil exiting each rocker somewhere even if not so much at the top. BTW, what rockers are you running? Are they 273 adjustable rockers with a...

I would be surprised if the rocker shafts themselves are clogged. You could probe the mounting holes with electrical wire and carb cleaner to see if anything is in there. You can check the shaft exit oiling holes by removing the rockers and taking a look. You should carb cleaner the rockers...

So, as a minimum, the passenger side shaft appears to be installed incorrectly as the notch should be in the back.

Must be one loose motor to have to run drill for 2 minutes. Like @abodyjoe said, I've never even used a drill. I just turned the pump drive with a hex rod and small ratchet by hand. At the right position...gush. If all is assembled correctly it should easily oil.
