What's really throwing me off is the "boot" has 5 mounting holes where as all the boots I've ever seen have just 3 holes.

??? What model / year is this shifter linkage for??? Is this shifter linkage correct for 66 - 69 A-body ? Or B-body? Years used? It will be for sale very soon once I can identify its proper application. Thanks in advance!

Like a few people before me have stated, your fine with the 489 case & 450hp.

I run a 26" with 4.10 in my '66 Cuda 4spd. w/ a 273 Commando modified, 285hp...hooks good but 50mph is 3000rpms.

Looking into swapping out from my '66 Barracuda Formula S my original Inland shifter for Hurst Competition 4 speed shifter for better performance. Any idea on part numbers or pricing. Everything I've seen so far is for 1967 n up A-bodies & B-bodies. Any insight is appreciated. :blob:

4.10 sure grip - 489 case - 26" tall tire....I ain't gettin' any highways anytime soon!
