    Dialing in my 73 project Duster

    A 7.25 rear end will not last long behind a 340. I grenaded several of them with a 318 4 bbl. You can put in a Ford 8.8 rear axle from an Explorer with a little bit of fab work, but they typically come with 3.73 or 4.10 gears, and a traction lok differential.     Great to see it get on the road without hours of sweat and labour, she looks good George, the disc brake upgrade is well worth the effort, but from my experience there's no need for the booster, just takes up valuable real estate under the hood. Looking forward to seeing you out cruising in it.

    One thing I forgot to mention was that they don't supply any straps for the rear of the vehicle, so bring along a good ratchet strap for that and you'll be set.
