Farmer Bob just found out why it's illegal to ride Mopeds and horses on the Interstate. Sorry to say it, but that's Darwin.

Well, that's not an interstate. Farmers use the two lane roads to get to their fields, don't know how else they'd be able to access them if they didn't.

Very tragic for the man on the tractor.
