I don't think the plenum was milled away I have seen alot of the LD4B's like this before and it has the smaller ports. The one on the left, "red one" doesn't seem to have been opened up either, but the "red one" has the chysler part number, just wierd its almost like it is a LD340 or something.

You may not be able to get the plastic tabs. However, if you get some Plasti-Dip from Home Depot you can make new ones. If you have never used this product before read the directions and practice. Rick
