steering gearbox price??

Question?

What's a reasonable price for a manual steering gearbox?
I have not seen it yet. It is used and the guy is asking $75.
Provided it is in good useable condition woudl that be considered a fair price?

If it's bad, what would it be worth?

If nothing else I need a core to rebuild or turn in for a Firm Feel unit.

Does it have the Pitman arm?

I don't think so..I will assume the worst and say no.
