Are there any shops that are doing 5.7 or 6.1 Hemi swaps? Just curious to see what a specialized shop might charge to do a complete swap.

Injected or carbureted ? rjsjea 11-24-2010, 12:48 PM You could probably buy the parts for the swap and have just about any reputable shop do the work....it's pretty straight forward. Then have a tuner do the EFI tuning depending on what system you use. carcrazyguy 11-24-2010, 08:12 PM Injected or carbureted ? I like the idea of injection, more of a new car, turn the key and go! This is a car that we are building (mostly..lol) for my wife. I was planning to do a simple 360 build and have the car finished by now. However it snowballed and turned into a major undertaking and has been in bodyshop jail for almost a year. It looks like it may be another 6 months before it is complete. That is giving me time to think about going a little better, nicer on things like the motor. Tincup 11-25-2010, 06:43 PM Street & Performance, and Plum Crazy will do your build for you. Boucillion performance will sell you a complete kit to do the swap. | |||
