I just returned from the bodyshop and yeah....this guy is nuts. He works Sat...Sun....4:00am....crazy hours. Wow.... the bodywork is almost finished! The car will be in primer this week, followed by skim-coats and block sanding, and more primer. The doors & fenders come off next week and the interior, trunk, and jambs will get....ready for this? COLOR! The car should be painted by the 2nd. week of April.

I'm soooo happy I'm actually aroused.

Bottom of the quarter is welded up and just the area in front of the wheel well has to be done yet.

For the most part, the drivers side is done. Just the final surface leveling has to be done.

I'm going with the original factory LL1 Turquoise with a black interior. I'm going to paint the steel wheels to match and go with the Plymouth black center dog dishes. I've NEVER seen another Turquoise `68 Fastback.

I CAN'T WAIT!

Coming along quick!
You'll be behind the wheel and banging it through the gears before you know it!

Congrats John!! It's really taking shape.

And listen to Jack on the arousal thingie - he's still trying to work it off ever since his car was painted. :)
