I need 1 lower control arm bumper.

how do those go on? I had one get ... ripped off I reckon when I had the car towed a month or so ago... looked like the plate the rubber was attached to was welded to the arm

It bolts on. You need a deep socket and an extension, The nut is up in the control arm.
