ok...so i bought it.....bad???
i wanted to get a custom-built one, but this was $300, so i bought it.....anyone know a lot about them? I know it's a run-of-the-mill converter, but how are they??
eventually, when i need it, i'll get a custom converter, but for now, while i'm still not done and don't plan on replacing the tranny anytime soon, i figured the Holeshot would get me by.....????

The B&M converters are ok, they work good behind a GM, the PTC converters are really good for the money, I run a 9.5 4000 it cost me 385.00, I had a 11in PTC that would stall to 3000, my 60ft times with the 11in were 1.57, not bad for a 200.00 dollar conv. But it was behind a 451 with a lot of torgue.

i think the B&M will be fine for now ....if/when you go with a bigger combo then youll have to change it but for now??..RUN IT!!!!
