I am in the Central time zone. But I am using Eastern Standard time for the chat. So 10am EST or 9am central time. I expect to see you there Monday Cudachick.

Hi Bill, last time which was the first time I met you was way back at the Mopar Atlantic Nationals at Raceway Park Englishtown,NJ. That year, there was You, Riggle, Landy, Garlits, Sox, and Faubel, all offering a open chat in the tented area. Back then, the Mopars at Englishtown was the premier East Coast Event since it had all these Legends and exhibitions. Here is a shot that I took in June 2000 with my old Minolta (yes I was using film then).

I talked with Bill at MATS. I was great to see him again. I was his pit help on So Cal from 62 to 65. We had some good times.

It's sooooo good to hear Bill is Doing good, it's been awhile and I hope to soak a hook with him in his lake/pond. Thank you for the update Ted Carlson.

Bill was at Monster Mopar Weekend. Memike was over talking to him.

I spent about a half hour with Bill Golden ( Maverick ) His wife remembered me from a few years back when Bill introduced her to me as he said Quote= No mike this is not my daughter :D He was awarded an award for having and building the most winning car built and I met the ol fellow that raced it after Bill did.
He stayed in a chair in the van facing the back side door as we talked and she said she would see about jumping in and say hello to everyone, I gave her one of my cards that Tony Feilds made me, he had cloves on, I think to keep from getting any germs but not sure :sign7:
He sold his home here in Searcy Arkansas that had the small lake on it and he said the man split the property and sold the house for what he paid for the complete property :banghead: Then built a home on the lake, I said Quote= Well Bill we can't all be winners all the time :D and he grinned and ask how my mom was, I gave him the news that I lost he about 7 year ago and he turned to his wife and said how beautiful she was.
I Thanked Bill for all the great memories he has gave me and everyone when he signed in on this great site his wife looked at me and said we will see about getting back on the computer to say hello again :cheers:
She handed me a story that was wrote and I will get it posted up here soon.
