Has anyone used the stock rockers from a 440 on Edlebrock heads? Will they work or do you need adjustable rockers?

Ink the valve tip and check the sweep, along P R length for correct preload of the lifters. crackedback 09-18-2008, 11:28 AM You can run stock rockers on ede's. The cam you run will be more of a determining factor in whether you need to run adjustables, not the ede head itself. Check clearance around the pedastals and any side clearance. As mentioned, the correct length pushrods are important, yet, a separate issue from your question. dusterdon 09-18-2008, 11:31 AM Just watch the pushrods and make sure none are rubbing on the pushrod holes. Shouldn't be a problem, though. | |||
