Just installed a 383 into my 70 Dart. I'm looking at the linkage I have from the previous sm-block. Looks as though nothing will match up. Before I go into the fabrication mode, can anyone give me a helpful hint of two in terms of what they used for the conversion. Thanks in advance for any help. Howard (I'm running a 727 tranny with column shift).

You can go nuts and spend a bunch of money looking for the correct big block stuff or you can call Bouchillon Performance and get their cable kickdown and throttle kit. You might want to see what Lokar has as well.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I can make the existing throttle linkage work with some modification. The kick down assembly is a different story. The one from Lokar looks pretty good, and seems that will be the way I will go. There goes this months allowance.
