ALTINATORS!!!

i just got back from a cruze(9:30pm) and noticed with my lights and electric fuel pump im pushing 12.5 volts....i dont think its enough...my lights were a little dim but not bad.

do i need a better alt.??

2ND..I noticed that my tach light is out...what/where do i need to llok to fix it??...its a 5" auto meter.

hi mike, i had too go too a one wire 100 amp cheby :oops: alt too handle all elect. now no prob. as for tach light, check connection going too light switch if you have juice check bulb. :salut:

ooOOoo, how do you convert your car to one wire chevy alternator? sounds interesting. seeing how im looking to put a nice stereo in my car and run lots of electricals, i think a power system upgrade is at hand anyway.. care to elaborate on this for me? (i want to know what all is possible, even if its not the best solution for my problem...)
