Which heads? You can do better on the cam, and you need about 100cfm wet flowed more. You do not want that stall either. What gearing, what is the use of the car? What is the budget?

i built basically the same motor with a 440 source kit ported indy ezs and a 585 solid roller. You spend this on a motor drop a few more hundred and adress the oiling with a milodon external oiling kit. and the comp x kits are hard to beat with the pro magnum rockers. run a 2 to 2.25 primary header with 3.5 in. collector. all in all i probably got 9 in mine. its in my signature

I would run the SREZs in stock form but have the valve job corrected, and I'd go solid flat tappet for a budget build. You wont have much left after the Indy package for the oiling system or roller setup. That's an $8-8500 build easy. But, a 3/8 pickup, the basic oil system mods, and you'd be fine there.
