Avitar errors

This is the error message I get when I try to load my avitar.

You shouldn't be getting that error message any more... Are you?

You can re-size your pictures using any image editor... Photoshop, MS Photo Editor, even MS Paint.

Try it again, it should be working... I'm pretty sure I fixed this a few days ago.

OK.... Now when I click on th AVATAR browse button I get kicked off-line! I know we're going to have some teething problems. Let us know if this a site issue, or is my `puter toast? At the moment either one is a safe bet :wink:

What do you mean you "get kicked off-line"?

When you click on "browse", it should open a standard Windows dialog that will browse the directories on your computer so you can upload a new Avatar. If you get an error message at that point, it may be something with your web browser or Windows. I don't think it's related to this board.

It's my computer, it's been acting like a little bitch the past few days....

I've already reformatted the hard drive, placed a crucifix & red ribbon on the tower, and now I have garlic and chicken bones on the floor next to it. Me thinks it's time to take a 28oz. ball peen hammer to the sunofabitch and have a reason to upgrade.
And BTW.... my wife is willing to hand me the hammer at this point :twisted:
