Maybe we can have more of the classics join the Modern clubs when they do the Meat in the Middle. That is a once or twice a year gathering for BBQ in "downtown" Luling. Clubs from San Antonio, Austin & Houston all meet there. It has been a fun turn out and last year we had a few classic join us.

Holy crap! I live in Lumberton, too. I am working on a '68 'Cuda fastback. PM me. There are not many Mopars in these parts. Certainly no good junk yards.

There is a junk yard out off 1960, towards Lake Houston, only mopars. That is where I found a timing cover for my 273 motor. Fyi

I am from Hempstead Tx. I have a 68 "H" code Formula S Fastback now. She is naked in the shop waiting on AMD for sheetmetal. I have friends that go out to Nifty50's. Tell Randy Ola', he runs the meet. Also stop by and speak with Joe and Sheryl. Awesome folks!! They have the yellow 72 Cuda wit a huffer stickn out da hood and usually a 63 Maxwedge or the Fury. Lotsa Mopars North of houston. I was out at the Navasota strip last night and run into a fellow running a Green 72 Cuda by the name of Rick. He is trying to start a Mopar club up here in the Brazos Valley area.

Guy is a crook!! Thinks his crap is GOLD!!! Knows if you are at his place he's gotcha! Not me, I walked away after he tried to scam me for $200 for a very poor condition B-body driveshaft. I had a NEW one built for $150 complete.
