well, with the quality of the pic, I really cant give you a definitive answer, but they look like Crager S/S or Torqthrust wheels.

They look like Buick rallye wheels of a early to mid '80s Skylark. The Buick Skylarks of that era hade the 5-100mm bolt pattern which is damn close to the 5 on 4" pattern. Those cars are front wheel drive that is why the offset is the way it is.
Just like these.

I will have to say I am pretty darned sure those are AMC wheels used on AMC's from the late 60's through early '70's. A better picture would tell, but at this time I am like 99% sure. They would have orignally had a small chrome center peice and chrome beauty rings on them. Also to mention I think they would probably bolt right onto your car. Search some AMC pictures and you may be able to find them. I know the '68 Hurst Rambler had them that looked very much like yours, also have seen like sets on '72 Javelins.
I may be wrong, but they sure rang my AMC bell when I saw them.

if you use image search on yahoo, type in 1969 AMC and look for the red whit and blue Hurst AMC car, check those wheels out and see how they compare to yours...other than color...the style looks right.
