Dale you will have to make some mounts and modifi the oil pan to a rear sump. On the wagon I had to cut the floor to make room for the overdrive and modifi the rear cross member. You can use a chevy rear trans mount just inlarge the holes it will mount just right for the trans> As you know the 3.9 frt eng mounts are in the center of the block that was my biggest headace to make it work went to a local junk yard and found a 69 to 70 Nova and used there eng mount frame and eng to make it work and it fit very good had to well in a flat plate tothe crossmember. I will look for some pictures and see if I took some of the eng mount setup.
