when I was a kid, my parents made me play the Sitar, which I hated because they didn't give me a choice and forced me to do it. Then I played the guitar after that because they are almost the same except a Guitar has less than half the strings.
but I gave it up several mile back because I didn't have time in school and all.

believe it or not Ron found a best of the Beatles 8 track I have been playing in the shop! They were great when they were being released, I remember going to the record store every week and buying 45's of their songs on the Apple label!

Not too bad. Sue had 2 sets of glasses, that someone at the Hair Salon, gave her. So we were able to see it well. Also. it seemed like there were glasses around here and there, because people were sharing their glasses with other families. It was kinda cool to see that.
LOL I did the binocular thing and a welding helmet occasionally, was actually disappointed with this one, barely got dim here.
8 tracks are freaky ....I took one apart one time to see how it works and I never could get it back together.

a few years ago I bought the red and blue album with Abby road as a CD set on ebay for a few bucks, on thanksgiving day, I was the second bidder of only two bids LOL
I pretty much wasted the summer in regards to working on cars, everything went into storage and buried like an Egyptian tomb and I have been busy with so many other things
Never even finished the slant six build, still need to decide what to do about the cam and finish putting the rest of it together.

I think I am just going to buy a comp cams cam ...I am not going to send the old one in .....who has time for that.

I really need to get a turntable in the shop I have a few hundred records that I have not heard in years. Have to find one that will play with the cover down because of the dust in there. We have one I picked up to convert them to mp3 format but really sucks to use and basically takes up to much memory really not worth doing if you ask me.
I have a great AR turntable but can not find a needle for it for under 400! Not doing that one.
especially when now a days everything is available on CD...I have never seen a record that wasn't available on CD through Fleabay or a local CD store
Here in Colorado springs, we have "media mart" and you can get good used CDs, even out of productions ones for a dollar

a lot of the stuff I have is local groups, they are not on cd, your lucky to find it on vynle either. Look up say THE GOOD RATS.
