Stop in for a cup of coffee

I really need to get a turntable in the shop I have a few hundred records that I have not heard in years. Have to find one that will play with the cover down because of the dust in there. We have one I picked up to convert them to mp3 format but really sucks to use and basically takes up to much memory really not worth doing if you ask me.

That is exactly why I loved the old MiniDisc ....they are like CDs but in a cartridge so they don't get dusty or scratch and take half the space of a CD. They are getting hard to find these days since they stopped making them in 2013. They are all I had as a kid, but they never got too popular in the US because they were expensive

Yeah, they're back there somewhere.. They really didn't garner many comments tho...

I have seen pics of a mini disk but never actually saw one.

they really are cool because unlike a CD, they had the ability to edit, so you can move tracks and make edits by cutting and splicing songs.

They only reason they didn't get really popular is because of the price. My first player/recorder was like $700. back in the early 2000s. So for that reason alone they never sold very well, but they are cool

But my testers and cars go from 1941 to 74! I am so confused! Actually looked into it would have to run another line out there.

Mitch that tumbler worked like a champ till I overloaded it and the motor caught fire!:rofl::rofl:
