We had a very hot dry year this summer as you well know I bet, But I did keep an eye on my tomato plant's and enjoyed a few of them and sent some to brother.
Give David and the boy's a big howdy from me. I thought I just twisted my ankle about 7 weeks ago and it never got better, so after exrays my dr said know wonder it's fractured, so I started taking care of it and is much better now.
Victoria has 61k on her now and my pup if full grown now "I hope" haha!!
Take care and I hope your back get's better soon and I will be there for some cabbage soup this winter enjoy you day

Long time, huh?
I am at the libreary and hjust wanted to drop you a note to say I hope you and Treva are well. David and the boys are well. Me, my back is out!! I hurt it 4 days ago working in the garden geting in tomatoes. I canned 14 quarts and 3 pints of tomatoes yesterday. ( that was a wheel borrow full of tomatoes that Greg and I picked that put my back out. )

I have put up a total of 67 jars of tomatoes and 34 quarts of cabbage for soup this winter!

Yes! It is worth the trip, it will take you all day just to see everything. We have been going for the past 6 years and it our favorite time away we always have a car load to bring home. Prices are cheap and you never know what you will find. If Treva and I go it will probably be Friday. My number is 870-273-3679 and send me your's and maybe we will hook up. It's going to be hot and we take many breaks. Bring a lawn chair and cooler full of cold drinks and even some snacks. Hope to see you there.

Mike...I am planning on stopping on the way to arkansas on friday morning at petit jean for the swap meet and car show...is it later cars like my duster or just all old old cars? Is it worth stopping at? I am looking for some rear wheel mouldings for my 73. I still plan to go to columbia mo to the mopar fest also on the 19th....Tim Could you let me know about Petit Jean and what you think of it?
