I run EBC red brake pads, 7/8 rear wheel cylinders, and pressure bleed my system. I do need to bleed them every two years or so to keep a firm pedal. If you pressure bleed you can get a firm pedal. And periodic bleeding can get very long caliper life. Mine brakes pretty good and its manual...

My "new" '74 Duster- or why I need a project like a hole in the head

Thanks. I remember looking up part you used showed bushing. Silver Sport sent me a bearing so I put it in. But lot of ppl like bushings cause no way for them to fail like a bearing. Doesn't your throw out spaces rattle at idle? Mine do when engine cold seems to go away when car warmed up...

Glue rock hard like fast so gave it an extra 30 minutes set console in car. Its sitting on those console brackets really good. The big trans tunnel is disguised. No one is gonna know a 6 spd is under there now ..

Glued the carpet to console. Used 3M two part adhesive I always have a tube of it around. Its thick like caulk, sets up in 10 minutes, and is crazy strong. Down side is carpet will never come off. But it worked really good was real easy could move carpet around for several minutes then it...

Wrestled tugged pulled yanked pushed carpet around for hours trying to get a good fit. Which isn't easy on front half with the larger trans tunnel. Holes for seat belts, bolts/washers/nuts where seats will bolt down, rocker trim kick panels, high beam grommet etc. Still some lumps ect but fit...

How many times has a parts car become a builder

Not a mopar, but my son in law just bought this '93 fox body shell. Someone took eng/trans/front suspension/front seats off it. But car is rust free never had any rust anywhere. Zero fade on interior panels. He has a complete running '87 Mustang GT he has had for a while with severe rust in...

    Look what I found today

Can't see much with all the stuff piled on top? I sort of see a portion of a car under all that clutter.
