Sounds like you're emptying the fuel bowls faster than the pump can fill them. Get a fuel pressure guage and see what the pressure is when this happens. Shouldn't drop below 6 - 7. Also since you have an electric fuel pump try this:
disconnect the fuel line AFTER the regulator or at the carb...
If there was an issue with the tire set up how would a 4-link solve the issue? At best it would only band-aid the problem and screw up the chassis setting and possible create another problem. IMHO 4 links are for people that like to spend more time under their car than in it. No thanks!
