The Motor won't spin pass 5k when in park either. With everything you guys have pointed out makes me lean toward the springs. This is an old build. I'm going to pull a spring and have it checked. Most likely replace them but not sure what I'll be upgrading them to.

So I went over all the wiring again after hooking up the brown and blue wire to the white Fitech wire.
Everything was hooked up correctly.

The brown and blue wires you are talking about. Are you referring to the ones under dash coming out of the steering column?
When I connect the white Fitech wire to the positive on the battery. The pumps prime and when I crank the car is when I see the RPM valve on the display.
