Just replaced my front seat belts with an aftermarket set so I'm selling these originals. 1972 Dart Swinger with front bench.
Black in color but may have been dyed (I believe interior was originally brown). Some fraying on one shoulder belt and missing aluminum retainer for one shoulder belt...
Appreciating the feedback everyone. Holley's help line didn't seem to care about anything besides the overall cubes and max RPM. Seems I can go higher to achieve better ET but still have good street manners.

I may have described it incorrectly. It's not a panel on the rear of the car, but an interior panel. I believe it's prom the passenger side, under the glove box. See picture 35 of 41 for the part itself.
It's actually just the center panel with the HVAC controls and cutouts for the radio. Not the pad itself. Sorry for the confusion. If you scroll through the images in that link, it's toward the bottom.
