When it comes to the A body small block 10 1/2 clutch & bell housing how many different fork pivots were used ? Im having a hard time clipping the clutch fork on to the throw out bearing. When i take the pivot off it clips right on.

yea the pan is on and the engine is in the car

When bought my 360 i didnt notice that someone had broken the lower tip off of the oil dip stick. Its broken off flush to the block. Anyone have any ideas how to get it out ? Thanks

thanks trying to do things to it that i dont have to spend money on it right now hopefully next spring ill find out what breaks lol

dont know its suppose to go in alot further ill push the yoke in where its suppose to be then measure for the length

If you are thinking of recoating it with more clear dont go any finer than 800 grit. If your going to wet sand & buff i would start with 1500 grit then 2000. If there is 4 coats of clear you will be fine. My normal is 3 coats of DA sand it with 1500 then buff it.

I finally got some things done on my 67 barracuda. I got the engine & trans in the radiator, right header, shifter mech. & linkage. The left header, Z bar, starter, clutch fork & every thing else that goes with the trany is next.

When it comes to the Z bar has anyone modified the Z bar them selves if its just the matter of cutting & welding i can do it myself it would be cheaper
