A-Body power brake booster for drum brakes. This came off a '67 Dart so it probably matches a lot of cars. Doesn't leak any air, nice and tight.

Hey guys,
I took a couple weeks away from it all and came to the decision that I'm putting the manual set-up back on.
Got some health issues that won't go away and I may have to sell the ol' girl to help cover them.
Thanks much for all your inputs!
Check valve was okay.
I had a friend who diagnosed the "hard pedal" but he's totally unused to driving the older cars, with OR wothout power assist so there may not be a problem. Unfortunately,I won't be able to test it/drive it myself until next week. Might be a little bit better news then...
Dart 67, had manual drums. I bought a used booster/master assy from someone here.
Everything hooked up okay, I DID replace the master with a rebuild as it had a bit too much "junk" in the rear reservoir. We bled the brakes and no vacuum leaks.
Still it's a hard pedal.

Older lines use a double flare, whereas the newer ones are single flared.
I don't have a double flaring set-up, plus they can be a bugger to "center" hence it'd be worth it to me to find something already double flared be it straights or preformed.
I totally trashed the brake lines that went from the (manual) master to the prop.valve. What I need now are either some straight 20" brake lines with the CORRECT fittings, taht I can bend into place, or some semi-exact fit replacements.
I don't want to install the crappy "adapter" system unless...
