Actually mike is 50% right it is a air valve but, it is a divertor valve mounted on air pump for exhaust emission.For '85-'89. Usually they tend to "fall off" along with air pump and tubes.

Dont know about console,but trans pan is GM 700r4 or the newer version 4L60E, th350 pan has one corner cut at a angle,and as for last picture no comment, rofl when i saw it though. Steve

NAPA still has available,they show 2 either 7/16 thread or 1/2 thread. 7/16 no. 641-1615. 1/2 no. 641-1610. Just checked all warehouses seems all still stock em,they are made by dorman,dont have dorman numbers though, good luck.
