I don't know if every one dipped into the egg nog too early, but by your description, your motor is far from a 'street' engine. I think it would be an absolute dog until your in the 4k rpm range. my 2c

These are exactly what Ma Mopar sold thru the Direct Connection network. I hear ya about Camaros, but I've had my fill of Go-Wings on A, B and E bodies. It kid of balances the Hot Rod black od the hood/scoop plus the matte black stripes on the sides. I have read that over 70 mph these spoilers...
Do NOT use header wrap. They will quickly rust the header from the inside out. If you want to lower the temp inside the engine compartment, the best way is to have the headers ceramic coated. They lowered the temp on mine by 20 degrees!
the Procomp and 440 source heads are made in China. I don't know where some members are getting their info from. If you want aluminum, spent the extra $400 (USD) and get the Edelbrock Performers
