In what condition is the manifold with butter fly? The exhaust manifold on my 71 dart swinger has a exhaust leak at butter fly and spring is broken. Also would you know how much shipping would be Kyle, Tx 78640? Also would it fit a 71 318?

Would you happen to know if they the same as the manifolds on 71 dart swinger with the 318? One of the manifolds on my dart has the butter fly with spring that is bad and is causing a exhaust leak. If so how much do you think shipping would cost to zip code 78640 in Tx?

*UPDATE* Thanks to all who responded to my add. Yall helped me build some courage. I finally took the engine out of my 71 dart swinger with my dads help. I was really glad that we took engine out. We found a few bad freeze plugs and worn timing chain. We replaced the following parts Freeze...

Thanks fishy86, I will check casting number. I really appreciate everyone for helping me out. It's my first classic car and mopar and I am trying to learn as I go.

After looking at the pictures 73AbodEE put up it looks like the 8 3/4" rear end. I went to oreilly's and they told there was 2 different gaskets so I went home and looked and the back does not come apart. You have 2 drop the front of rear end with pinion gear and all.

Will post pick when I get home. Stuck at the in laws.

I don't know what size rear end is.

I have a leak around the pinion gear where drive shaft connects. I wanted to replace seal but, don't know how to replace it.

Ok, I am taking car back to mechanic cause I saw small oil leak again. I payed him for the repair.
