yeah... i love the sound of the max flows in videos.. and mine being 3" will be a bit louder than the 2.5s i hear but should be ok...Those Summit "Turbo" mufflers i got really screwed me... ended up costing $2k chasing issues...

If you get a chance wire wheel/clean the flange and post another pic please.

Those pink circles just look like black silicone... guy need to clean it up then see how it really looks.. If it cleans up ok i would get rid of any thing standing up and go green bearings and run it. P.S. clean up those nicks.. i got some in mine and cleaned them up also.. haven't had an...

I was picking my third set of mufflers yesterday and watching videos.. the borlas (xs pros) sounded bad all around to me and i found others complaining of drone.. I ended up ordering Hooker Max Flows.. i found a chart of like 15 mufflers with db's at idle/2000/wot and the hookers had the lowest...

It feels much much better.. i only went bout 3 miles.. it pulls good.. i have some exhaust popping in 2nd at high rpm which i think is a timing thing, will figure it out.. so i just cruised it back home so i don't hurt anything, it's way better though. Changing the mufflers completely changed...

Think i'm going to go with hooker max flows.. On the upside... the pinion angle seems to have helped a lot, and i wouldn't have found my rear shocks were bad if i didn't go through this.. 100 miles and complete junk already.. buy cheap buy twice...

K... so i hate to post this.. but i said i would.. i already feel like a moron for not figuring it out. Soo.. my original mufflers on my car were Gibson MWA's 3".... they are insanely loud even with full exhaust and i leave for work at 6am and i didn't want to be a dick to my neighbors.. So...
