So I can just cut a ring out of packing foam or similar to replace it?

I am in the process of rebuilding the front end on my 61 Valiant. I have ever done anything like this before, but so far so good besides the cost. Both spindles have a plastic film ring with what feels like grease (old foam?) underneath. Is this just for dust or what and do I need to replace...

I am looking for the longer molding that goes on the passenger front fender. I think that LH and RH are identical. I also need all four armrests. Any help would be appreciated!
