Great idea. I would want to validate what those marks on the gauge mean. Assuming they are for 0 20 40 60 80 but something like this you'd want to be sure of. You could also use a meter match to correct any inaccuracy of the gauge.

The blades are level horizontally but one sits higher than the other. looking at new arm sets for sale from places like classic industries, it appears there are two different arms but I don't know if they are just showing...

More info: I have a 72 rear bumper with slots and a 71 front bumper with no slots. I already have a jack for the 72 style slotted bumpers but that obviously won't work on the front. My plan was to modify a 70/71 hook by welding a slotted plate to the back of it. I see new and NOS hooks...
