First show out this year....re-chromed bumpers front and back, grill re-done...slowly but surely getting there.....ended up with a trophy.

I have finally decided to put the vinyl top on my car, when I purchased the car the previous owner had put almost like a spray on bedliner like material on the roof. To make the vinyl top adhere correctly would you advise just to sand it down or to strip it all off?? Thanks

72 Dart /6 Car will randomly start to over charge and peg the volt meter, when this happens the engine will start missing and the car will barely move.......any ideas on what is going wrong?
