They fit fine, but the mother fuckers hung down so low-they were smashed up within the first couple weeks. And I had as tall of 15" tires that would fit and had the front end cranked up a respectable amount.
Try something called Slick 50 One Lube, the only place I find it is at Ace Hardware stores. It's a real heavy silicone based lube. After you find some you will use it on everything! It's GOOD ****.
The TQ electric choke baseplates are different from other TQ's. You can swap throttle shafts around though. The 74 Ford 460 TQ has the electric choke also.
The passenger should have the axle adjuster if you are not using Green bearings. If no Green bearings, put the driver side axle in first and torque the 5 nuts down. Then install the pass side axle-back the adjuster out if you haven't and then adjust.
You have the 73 up A body booster. The 67-72 Kelsey Hayes 4 piston brakes used the dual diaphragm booster. In 73 they went to single piston caliper and the larger single diaphragm booster. i have several old brake application catalogs and the 67-72 used a different MC than the 73 and up. I...

I have no low end torque and I have no high rpm horsepower with 2.71 gears, 225-70/15 rear tires and the factory single exhaust. I drive this car on the Interstate quite frequently.
