The left Fender Turn Signal Lens on my 1969 Dodge Dart GTS fell out. I purchased new Fender Turn Signal Lenses but the threads that hold the lens in are finer than the threads on the existing lenses. All the lens images on the internet seem to show the finer threading. Anybody know why or where...

Went for a drive yesterday and found this 2-inch thin metal washer on the carpet by the gas pedal. I tightened up the ignition switch bezel a few months ago, could it have been from behind the dash for the ignition switch, although it looks a bit large for that?
