i am going to swap my 318 for a 340 in my 72 Dart. I don't believe that I have ever seen a 340 with air. I don't think it should be a problem, but I thought I would run it by you guys to make sure.

I have a 72 swinger shell that I am gathering parts for. It is an AC car and I want to rebuild it that way. Unfortunately, no AC parts. What model years can I use for parts?
Can I use my 74 Duster for reference? I seem to remember that there was a change in systems and set ups at some point.
Thanks to all. A little confused still, so let me add this. The 71 340 that o have is a forged crank motor that I had rebuilt. Not sure if it is internally or externally balanced, but I can find out. Does this info effect any of the responses above?
I have a 1974 Duster with a 318 / 904 set up. I am considering swapping my 1971 340 into the vehicle, but I want to make sure that I have all my bases covered.
What engine mounts do I need to use?
The 340 will mate to the 904 with no problems, right?
