What is 'Hot Car' in a 1966 broadcast sheet?

My 2023 Hellcat WB, has a "HOT CAR" sheet. I believe it was a priority car for something or someone. I somewhat recall the factory dragcars having such stickers or paper.

Okay, I was wrong. 2 dozen were made in 3 years. When I was a kid, working at Burger King. [71-74]...one of the older guys had a Randall 401. It was black, and a 6-cyl anything, would outrun it for at least an 1/8th mile. Absolutely zero traction. He used to leave after close...doing pinwheels...

AMC never made them. 304 2bbl, was max from factory. Randall in AZ, made about a dozen from what I remember. My wife's car...one previous owner. From Phoenix Az. We bought it around 2002. It just came out of the garage, after at least a decade napping.
