Well I'm getting a new set delivered. Cut I have to find out why tHe new ones sit lower. Any tricks taking the old ones out without ruining the old ones?

I just saw both diagrams are wired different. I did a quick search on google and cam up I with a ton of stuff. You ll just have to do a little more research.

I did my 72 duster. Looks good. The old 1's where dim. I didnt do the outside blinkers because the flasher would not flash. I need to get an electronic flasher. But I just wanted to do the dash for now. I removed the cluster to replace the bulbs. I got mine from flea bay. 10 pack
Vacuum advanced was not hooked up at the time. I dont run vacuum advanced because it would detonate bad. Now I know why. Season is almost over up here for hand out but I do want to figure this out before it gets put away for the winter.
I looked at the timing yesterday. It was 16 deg at idle and about 50 total without the vacuum advanced. I'll take the dist out and weld and shorten the advance slots. I think I have springs from when I did my dist long time ago.
