Dang! Maybe that's who it was that my ex-FIL used to have fun with. It was before my time, so I'm going by second-hand tales I heard/was told. Either way, he was a great guy, even if his daughter turned-out to be...uh...not so great.

My ex-FIL (RIP) went to Jesuit school, and he used to have fun with the Mormon's (I think) who came knocking on his door. He was one of those "wicked smart" guys, and family lore tells of him converting them a couple of times.

This...up above...I couldn't agree with this more...HELL, YES! The newer vehicles just don't have a "soul". Sure, they're reliable, quiet, comfortable, and fuel efficient (relatively speaking), but they're BORING! Imagine being at a party and having a choice at who to talk with: "Person A"...

Yup! The bearings were too tight on the trailer of my second Lund boat. From the factory. Only made it about 100 miles or so... Ever since then I "grease my own nuts" (with apologies to Syleng1 for stealing his "funny", above).

I did that for my wife once: Bought her a car, got the huge red ribbon, tucked it away in the garage and then surprised her with it. Got me some good Karma points with her for....oh....about a week or so! :lol:
