Yes, i guess my only other option will be to have the housing narrowed.

Do you know if a disc brake conversion will keep the over all width the same? or at least closer to my 7 1/4 width?

Hey guys, this is a LOOOOOONG over due project but i currently have a 1974 7 1/4 (BBP) rear axle in my 69 Dart. I have an A body 8 3/4 (SBP)A body rear axle that i want to swap into it. My question is, do all i have to do it get big bolt pattern axles and drums? Also is the drum width thicker...

After a year of construction, the addition to my house is almost complete. I have put my Dart in storage every winter since I have owned it, now I can actually work on it all year round.

I believe they are super stock springs with lowering blocks. To be honest, they are the same springs that came on the car when I bought it almost 20 years ago.

After doing a small burnout the trans has had issues. If I put the car in Drive it will just rev and the car will rock about 1/2". I have to put the trans in 1st and manually shift the car to drive it. It also wont take a lot of power. If i give anymore than 1/4 throttle it will not go. It feels...
