Question this is my 1968 barracuda 318 factory air, 4speed, should I restore it to a classic (which I am not thrilled about) or hot-rod it out? Which would be worth more? The reason I ask, I probably already know the answer, Is that I have a 63 Fairlane hot-rodded out and having trouble...

why not a tru trac. no clutches, no cones. all gear driven. check it out.

My other car is a 63 ford fairlane and i put a 5speed tremec in it. just tried of shifting is all really. just want to be able to cruise and relax, but be able to kick some butt if need be...lol..

Mine came with a 318, 4 sp. I am thinking of swapping in a 5.9 with auto trans. Will a auto trans fit? Which one should I look for? I will be wanting 500hp tops, and would like one with over drive if possible. All opinions would be appreciated.

well the plan is to repair the rust, paint it viper red, white interior, front and rear suspension, 3.73 true trac , disc brake conv. front. if i go with a 340-360 and put in a 5 speed i figure i'll spend around 11,000.00...
