65Dart, I have the same "Rebuilt Engine PowerPak" metal tag on my 1971 Dodge Dart. The story I was told is that if a car owner blew up the factory installed engine before the warranty ran out, the dealership had these engines on hand to drop in to replace the blown engine.
Interesting to see the same tag again on a car from your year of manufacture.
