need help finding lugs chrome capped 7/16 right aqnd left handed

im looking for 7/16th lugs i think they are for my small bolt pattern 68 dart

i need chrome capped lugs not open so i can run them while my hub caps are getting painted sense my wheels are fresh paint will look good till i get them back.

i need 15 right hand threads and 5 left any one know where to get them
tire stores were of no help at ALL

im not sure if there is a certain depth i need to give them for length of studs
i fig they would know for stock studs
