That can also be accomplished without getting the utility company in the middle if you are a do it yourselfer... Careful planning and using a holiday weekend to your advantage so it can't be hooked up until the following week at the earliest so all of their food in the fridge and any freezer would have spoiled by the time it is hooked back up...
