I have those same headers and yes you have to cut some of the inner fender out and no I don't think they will fit PS. I don't have P/S, but I don't think there is room for them, mine are 2" diameter, but I don't think that will make a difference.
For what it is worth, they fit very tight up along side the auto trans. Not sure why they angled them the way they did. Other than that, they do fit pretty good.
