1975 Duster with no front bumper or carpet, steel 14 x 4.5 front and 15 x 8 rear wheels, 360/904, 8.75 rear end, full of fuel and 2 14 x 5.5 rallye wheels with 215/70 tires on them in the trunk. Weight 3042, with driver 3200 pounds. Runs 8.35 in the 1/8 when deep staging at 81 mph and has a 1.78 60' time and a 5.32 330' time. .030 over 360 with a 9.5 to 1 compression ratio with Speed Pro cast pistons, stock crank and rods, factory windage tray, stock J heads with 1.88 and 1.60 valves, Comp Cams 262/270 Extreme Energy hydraylic cam with .462/.470 lift, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake with a 600 Holley double-pumper carburetor, Flo-Tech 1 /8 x 3 inch headers with 2 1/2" exhaust with H-pipe crossover and Flowmaster mufflers. Super stock leaf springs and adjustable pinion snubber, Lakewood 90/10 and 50/50 shocks, 904 transmission with the low gear set and a TCI 4200 stall converter. I have a set of Hoosier 29 x 10" slicks mounted on a set of 15 x 8 inch rallye wheels. I stall it to 2400 and shift at 5300 and run it through the 1/8th mile in 2nd gear. It will run a few tenths faster when regular staging it and no extra weight in the trunk and less fuel in the tank.
I wiped the number one intake lobe off of my Comp Cams camshaft. I installed a Mopar purple shaft 284-484" camshaft and lifters. I ran an 8.08 at 83.5 at Rockingham with it. My 60' times were 1.76 and my 330' times were 5.16. Everything else in my combo remains the same.
